Awards

The first three finishers in each age group in each event will receive gold, silver, and bronze 2024 USATF Masters Outdoor Championships medals.

USATF individual event Champions will also receive a championship patch. Only one patch will be awarded to an individual athlete no matter how many events they win. Patches are only awarded to individual event Champions; no patches are awarded for relays.

Relay Entries

Relay entry forms will be available at packet pickup (see packet pickup for days and times). The fee for relay entries is $60.00 per relay (cash or check). The relay entries deadline for the 4x800 is Thursday, at 10 a.m. The deadline for all other relay entries is 1:00 p.m. the day prior to the relay.

Athletes must be entered in the meet to compete on a relay team. Athletes who will only be entered in a relay may register online and select the “Relay Only” event. This will enter the athlete into a relay pool, that they can then register for a relay team later:

  1. Each member of the team must be registered for the Championship in either an individual event OR a Relay Only event. Note: the “Relay Only” event should NOT be selected if you are competing in an individual event. You should select this if you are competing in a relay only.
  2. If proof of age (copy of birth certificate or passport) is not on file with USATF; please follow the necessary steps to have this verified.
  3. All Relay Only entries must be received by the entry deadline (on-time deadline is June 19, 2024; late entry deadline is June 26, 2024, and requires an additional payment of $60.00 per individual.

If an individual will be joining others to form a team and is not competing in any other events, the process described above still applies.
