Daughter of Antoine and Angela Ramsey…has two brothers, Josh and Tony…hobbies include eating, fishing, weightlifting, going to the beach, getting her nails done, playing with dogs, working with children, playing football and basketball and swimming…wanted to be a sprinter before moving to field events…was a volunteer coach for Ole Miss…is a dedicated volunteer for CASA (court-appointed special advocates)…focuses on three things in preparation for competition: keeping a great mindset, staying focused, eating right.
