The USATF Adult Membership is for the athlete, coach, official, club admin, event director, volunteer, parent, fan and supporter of the sport. Adult members are aged 19 years and older.

$71.96 ($65 + $3.90 Processing Fee + $3.06 Credit Card Fee)
Duration
Memberships are active for the calendar year in which they are purchased. Memberships expire on December 31st of each year.
Joining Members
Members who join between November 1st and December 31st of the calendar year, will enjoy membership at no additional cost for the following calendar year as well.
Renewals
Current Members may begin renewing their membership on November 1st of each year, or elect to participate in the auto-renewal option
Refund Policy
Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Association Designation
All Members are assigned to a local USATF Association. Assignment is determined by where a member resides.
Competition
Adult Members who wish to compete for a club outside of their Association of residency, must submit a request for an Association Transfer through USATF Connect.
Age Verification
Age verification is required for some Adult Competitions.
Compete in one of our 50+ National Championships across all disciplines, including track & field, cross country, road racing, race walking, mountain ultra-trail. Qualify as a Team USA member at USATF Championships and represent your country!
Stay covered at more than 7,500 USATF sanctioned events nationwide.
Volunteer at your local Association or at one of many USATF events.
Members are eligible to participate in the certification process to become a Certified USATF Official.
Have access to USATF Certified Coaching programs to help with qualifying to be a Registered Coach.
Adult members are eligible to create a club where athlete members compete as a team and are eligible to enter relay events.
