TOP THINGS TO KNOW

  • DOB verification must be completed by June 14, 2026
  • Registration closes June 19, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (no late entries)
  • Packet Pick-Up is required for all athletes and coaches
  • Wristbands are required for stadium entry
  • Bibs are required for competition
  • Coaches must be USATF Coaches Registry compliant
  • Athletes 10 & under must complete reunification after each event
  • Parking is available via 15th Avenue SW
  • Coolers and tents must enter through the designated SE entrance
  • Schedule is subject to change and will be updated via BAND

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

Checklist

  • Confirm athlete registration, entries and age verification
  • Complete USATF membership requirements
  • Ensure coach credentials are active (SafeSport, background check, etc.)
  • Review timetable and reporting times
  • Plan parking and arrival time early

ARRIVAL & ENTRY PROCESS

Step 1: Packet Pick-Up

All athletes and coaches must report to Packet Pick-Up to receive:

  • Bibs
  • Wristbands
  • Coach credentials (if applicable)
Step 2: Enter Venue
  • Spectators enter with wristbands
  • Athletes/coaches enter with credentials
  • Re-entry allowed with valid wristband
Step 3: Report to Event Areas
  • Running events: clerking area (southwest stadium)
  • Field events: clerking area (northwest stadium)

COMPETITION FLOW

Warm-Ups

Athletes must use designated warm-up areas only.

  • Warm-up areas are located at Merrimack Sports Complex Turf Fields 11 & 12
  • Only athletes and credentialed coaches are permitted in warm-up areas
  • No spectators are allowed
  • Athletes should plan sufficient time to report from warm-up areas to clerking on schedule

Check-In / Clerking

Athletes must report 30–45 minutes before their event at designated clerking locations.

Event Progression

  • Events may include prelims and finals depending on size
  • Advancement is based on time, place, or mark
  • Finalists will be posted via results system

Field Events

  • Implement inspection required before competition
  • Field event access restricted to athletes and credentialed coaches only (limited exceptions apply per event rules)

ATHLETE SAFETY & SPECIAL PROCEDURES

Reunification (10 & Under)

Athletes age 10 & under must be picked up through the reunification system after each event.

Weather Protocols

Lightning and extreme heat protocols will be enforced.

In shelter-in-place situations, spectators must return to vehicles. Athlete reunification will move to a protected area until conditions improve.

DURING THE MEET

  • Heat sheets and assignments may change
  • Report on time to avoid disqualification
  • No announcements guarantee athlete calls
  • Follow all official instructions and signage

AFTER COMPETITION

  • Results posted onsite and online
  • Awards presented after protest window closes
  • Media coverage may include athlete interviews (optional participation)
  • Full results and updates available post-meet
