Travel Information

Hotel Information

• Hotel must be booked using the link provided. The Hilton is unable to take direct reservations into our block.
• The link to book the hotel will be provided upon confirmation of registration. If a room is booked without registration, the reservation will be cancelled by USATF.
• Credit Card will be required at the time of hotel booking. The credit card will be used as a guarantee in case of "no show". Incidentals will be charged to the credit card left on file at the hotel.
• If your hotel room is covered by USATF Travel Authorization (TA), you will be required to book your own room and provide a credit card for guarantee. Any room nightes covered by TA will be moved to the master bill and covered by USATF.

Airport to Hotel Shuttle & Hotel to Airport Shuttle Information

Sunday, December 8: Airport Shuttle will run every hour from 3:30 AM until 4:30 PM. It is suggested that you depart the hotel at least 2 ½ hours prior to your flight to allow for potential traffic and TSA. Please check in at the transportation table by Benihana. If you did not pre-purchase transportation, it is available for purchase during check in at $40 per person.

All shuttles will drop off at Terminal B.

Disney Tickets

Tickets are valid 7 days before, during, and 7 days after the meeting dates. To enter a park, both a park reservation and valid ticket on the same day are required. To make park reservations, you will need to sign-in to an existing Disney® Account or create a new one and link each ticket.
