If you have agendas, minutes, or other documents for your committee or meeting that you would like posted in the Document Library, please email your committee liaison and Cc jordan.testerman@usatf.org and james.hill@usatf.org. In an effort to ensure that the correct file is posted when submitting your document, please follow these standards:

• To ensure that files have been approved to be posted, only documents submitted from committee chairs will be accepted.
• Submit your file as a PDF.
• State the name of how you would like your file to be listed.
• If submitting an updated or revised version, please have the new file name saved exactly as the old file name.
