Daughter of Olawale and Foluke Akinosun, sister to Anjola and Moriyike, who competes at the University of Illinois…She majored in exercise science during her time at the University of Texas… Akinosun became one of two women in history to score in 4 events at the NCAA Outdoor Championship in back-to-back years (2014, 2015) along with Jackie Joyner-Kersee…On July 28, 2011 correctly predicted that she would graduate and make the 2016 Olympic team...Enjoys fashion, the beach and her favorite music artist is Kanye West.
