Marlene Harmon Wilcox is excited to embrace the USA Track and Field “Family” by serving as an “at-large member” of the USATF Alumni Board. She is a proud member of the 1980 Olympic Team and the 1983 World Championship Team . She is a California high school State Champion and a Junior Olympic Champion and record holder. She is a proud supporter of the Hershey’s Run/Jump/Throw Program as well as an active coach for the West Side Special Olympics Program. Her passion is to give back to her sport through instruction, compassion and the healthy pursuit of competition. Marlene holds a USATF Level 2 Coaching certification and is an active high school coach and sports adviser. Marlene resides in West Hills, California and is a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She is the president of Saratoga Entertainment and Second Wind Distribution and oversees the development of a Liquid Vitamin company. Marlene hopes to provide and facilitate the next generation with integrity and opportunity, improving the quality of life for generations to come.
