With all our events, USA Track & Field (USATF) adheres to the security protocols put in place by every host venue, and we expect parents, coaches, athletes, and fans to be respectful of the rules made by the facility. On Wednesday, July 24th, Texas A&M University determined that the crowd had exceeded capacity and consequently restricted entry to the facility. The actions of a small group of people resulted in an injury to a Texas A&M University employee, a USATF official, and others. We strongly condemn this behavior and will take disciplinary action against those involved.
