Anti-Doping

• New Tasso+ needle-free blood collection device
  • Athletes may be asked if they would like to participate in a trial of the new Tasso+ in addition to the intravenous blood sample they are already required to provide
  • Participation is voluntary, but the goal of the trial is to see if Tasso+ could replace traditional blood sample collection

Medical coverage

• USATF will have medical providers at the following upcoming meets in March and April:  Texas Relays, Florida Relays, Miramar Invitational, Tom Jones Invitational, Mt SAC Relays, Drake Relays, Bermuda JTG.  Details to sign up for medical appointments will be sent via Teamworks a couple of days prior to each event.  
• Note that USATF will NOT have medical staff at the Xiamen or Shanghai DL meets.  Please plan ahead with your Regional Medical Provider for any needs you may have, if you are competing at either of the China DL meets.
