Anti-Doping

• IMPORTANT: Athlete Connect, the Whereabouts reporting platform has been updated. RTP Athletes must clear their browser’s cache to ensure the update works. Click here for Apple instructions in clearing the cache and Android/PC instructions for clearing the cache.
  • Athletes should have received email communication from USADA explaining the new platform updates. If not, please let AntiDoping@usatf.org  know so that we can send it to you.
• Q3 Whereabouts are due by Saturday, 15 June 2024!!        
  • Athletes are encouraged to file their Whereabouts before the deadline so that any difficulties or questions can be addressed before the deadline.

• Coaches and agents of RTP Athletes can view and edit their athletes’ Whereabouts.

Olympic Trials

• All Olympic Trials information, including entry, declarations, prize money, athlete information, can be found here.
• At the 2024 US Olympic Trials, meet medical care will only be provided at Hayward Field and Lane College during posted practice and competition times.  Meet medical services will NOT be offered at any hotels.  
• In case of an urgent medical need in Eugene, athletes can contact Dr. Amadeus Mason at (404) 861-8860.  For urgent mental health needs, contact the USOPC Team USA Psychological Services Hotline at (719) 866-CALL (2255).  As always in a true medical or mental health emergency, call 911.
• A reminder that all coaches and personal medical must be members of the USATF Coaches Registry or USATF Medical Provider Registry to obtain a credential for the 2024 U.S. Olympic  Team Trials – Track & Field.  All registry components including SafeSport completion and background screening must be up to date and not expired through the entire competition.  Medical background screenings can take up to 6 weeks or longer to be returned in certain cases.  Coaches and personal medical are advised to verify the expiration dates of their registry components on USATF Connect now. A green, current status under each requirement (e.g. Memberships, Background Screening, Center for SafeSport Training, and Coach Certifications (applies to registered coaches only)) through at least July 1, 2024, must be displayed on their profile. Coach and Medical credential requests for members not in compliance with requirements will be rejected by the online 2024 U.S. Olympic Team Trials – Track & Field registration system. Credential request updates will be accepted onsite in Eugene after the close of entries, provided all respective requirements are met.
