The area is serviced by the Gainesville Regional Airport (GNV) which is located on the northeast side of Gainesville, just five minutes from the heart of downtown, 15 minutes from the University of Florida, 10.6 miles from US Interstate 75 and 11.7 miles to the Alachua County Sports and Events Center and most hotels.

Gainesville Regional Airport has 16 daily departures. The airport is serviced by Gainesville Regional Transit System (RTS), providing two routes running every 65-70 minutes, in addition to Uber, Lyft and limousine service. Ten rental car companies are available at GNV including, Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar Car Rental, Enterprise, Hertz, and National.

There is no single "host hotel" for the Championships; the LOC has set up hotel room blocks at 19 properties with special rates for athletes participating in the 2025 Masters Indoor Championships.
