1. Date: December 5-6, 2025
2. Location: Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista - Disney Springs Area
3. Hotel Cost: $169.00 plus tax and a $30 resort fee per room, per night
4. Committee Hotel and Travel Allowances: Please check with your USATF Committee Liaison

6. Will Merch be on site?  USATF will not sell Merchandise during the 2025 USATF Annual Meeting
7. Association Requirement – they can fulfill their delegate requirements virtually or in-person – registration and attendance in meetings is tracked to ensure requirements are met
8. Virtual Sessions: Virtual registrants will choose which sessions they wish to attend and will receive a code to join the meeting. Do not share this code with others.
9. Can I still join virtually if I do not register? No. Those who have not registered as virtual participants are ineligible to attend any virtual meetings.
10. Will there be any special events? Yes, there will be an Opening Session Friday morning from 11:00am - 12:00pm ET, a President's Breakfast on Saturday morning from 8:00am to 9:20am ET, and the Closing Session Saturday evening.
