In an effort to minimize the paper used at the Annual Meeting, many documents will be available online to be downloaded via PDF to reduce both waste and printing costs. Please utilize digital versions of these documents when possible.

Please note some files are large and may take a few minutes to load. All documents will open in a new tab or window.

If you have agendas, minutes, or other documents for your committee or meeting that you would like posted in the Document Library, please email your committee liaison and Cc tech@usatf.org. In an effort to ensure that the correct file is posted when submitting your document, please follow these standards:

  • To ensure that files have been approved to be posted, only documents submitted from committee chairs will be accepted.
  • Submit your file as a PDF.
  • State the name of how you would like your file to be listed.
  • If submitting an updated or revised version, please have the new file name saved exactly as the old file name.
