It is recommended to ship pole vault poles directly to: Hayward Field Attention: USATF Vaulting Pole Storage (Athlete Name) 1530 Agate Street Eugene, Oregon 97403 Athletes shipping poles directly to Hayward Field must complete THIS FORM. Athletes shipping poles directly to Hayward Field must specify the shipment cannot arrive earlier than 9:00 AM on Tuesday, July 29. Shipments arriving prior to 9:00 AM on Tuesday, July 29 will not be accepted.
Poles may be stored at Vaulting Pole Storage (located on Field 4 at Hayward Field) from 12:00 PM on Tuesday, July 29 through 3:30 PM on Sunday, August 3. Poles that are not removed from storage by 3:30 PM on Sunday, August 3 must arrange a retrieval time with sport@gotracktownusa.com. Unclaimed poles are the responsibility of the athlete.
To arrange transportation of vaulting poles to and from the Eugene Airport, you must complete THIS FORM. This form must be completed by 5:00 PM PDT on Friday, July 25. TrackTown will provide pole transfer service from/to the Eugene Airport (EUG) starting Tuesday, July 29 through Sunday, August 3. Upon arrival at EUG, athletes should bring their poles to the area outside of baggage claim where a marked vehicle will meet them for pickup. Important Notes:

Poles may be retrieved from Vaulting Pole Storage for practice at Hayward Field during practice times. Athletes may also access their poles anytime athlete areas at Hayward Field are open. If you would like your poles brought to Lane Community College (LCC) on July 31 - August 2, please request this service at Pole Vault Storage by 5:00 PM the day prior to your practice at LCC. All vaulting poles will be returned to Pole Vault Storage from LCC at the end of practice each day.
