TRIALS EXPLANATION OF ENTRY STATUS

  • Qualified — meets qualifying standard
  • Not Qualified — does not meet qualifying standard, but meets minimum standard for consideration for acceptance into meet
  • Rejected — does not meet minimum standard, invalid mark, and/or was achieved outside the qualifying window, will not be considered for acceptance into meet
  • Info Needed — requires additional information, usually wind reading or other technical concern

When you declare:

A “declared” (for those qualified) or a “not accepted” (for those not qualified) notation goes in the DECLARATION column.

As athletes are brought in to fill the respective field:

A “not accepted” notation will be changed to “accepted.”
