2021 USATF 20 km Championships

This event is a selection event for the 2022 World Half Marathon Championships on March 27 in Yangzhou, China. Please see the selection procedures here.

Event Information

On Labor Day 2021, the 2021 USATF 20 km Championships will be contested in conjunction with the Faxon Law New Haven Road Race.

Awards & Prize Money (per gender)

USATF Championship medals and USATF Running Circuit points will be awarded to the top 10 men’s and women’s finishers. Prize money will be as follows for each of the genders:
 
1^st - $9,000
2^nd - $4,000
3^rd - $2,000
4^th - $1,200
5^th - $1,000
6^th - $600
7^th - $500
8^th - $400
9^th - $200
10^th - $100
 
*Bonus of $1,000 for any athlete setting a course record
