The 2016 U.S. Olympic Team Trials - Track & Field will be held June 30- July 10. There will be a day of 2 race walk events (June 30), then four days of competition, two rest days, and five more days of competition. This will be the sixth time that the U.S. Olympic Trials will be staged in TrackTown, USA. The meet will be the selection event for which athletes represent the U.S. at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro. The athlete housing blocks will be managed by the Eugene Cascades & Coast Sports Commission's Group. Room availability is currently open from June 28th - July 12th. Eugene Cascades & Coast will assist with shoulder dates that you need for your guests outside of these dates (June 28-July 12) through email requests using our contact listed below. Please book your rooms for the above dates, and email as needed with additional dates and total rooms needed; EEC will work to get your needs met ASAP. The secured rooms for this event are facilitated by contract; availability will be limited and is first come, first served. Reservations will be checked in triplicate with USATF roster (2016 Athlete Tier List) as well as through other agencies and all hotels; please adhere to guidelines and do not double-book across properties or the duplicate reservations will be cancelled. There is a strict 2 room maximum for all guest reservations.
