Entry Info

Entry Information

Participation in the 2013 USATF National Youth Indoor Track & Field Championships requires advancement through a Zone Championship. Top six (6) finishers in each event at the Zone Championships qualify for participation in the National Championships. Athletes in the 15-16 and 17-18 age divisions are not required to participate in a Zone Championship and may enter directly into the National Championships. Athletes must meet certain eligibility requirements to compete.

**High school age athletes may participate in this event as unattached, club team members or school team members in individual events.  However you must check with your high school association to determine if you may participate. Contact your State High School Association for eligibility questions.

Relays

Unique to this Indoor Championship ONLY is combined relays for the 15-16 and 17-18 Age Divisions for the high school and USATF member clubs in the relays only. All high school members must be from the same high school and will only compete and score against other high school relay teams. USATF clubs will combine age groups 15-16 and 17-18, but all athletes must be members of the same club and on the club roster in the USATF database. The 15-18 age group club relays will only compete and score against other 15-18 combined USATF clubs.

All relays for the 7-8, 9-10, 11-12 and 13-14 age divisions are not combined.
