USA Track & Field Donation Allocation Policy

Purpose

USA Track & Field (USATF) is committed to ensuring that all donations are used effectively to support our mission.  This policy outlines the management and allocation of unrestricted funds to maintain donor trust, transparency, and operational efficiency.

Restricted vs. Unrestricted Donations

All Donations Are Unrestricted Donations – Donations will be directed to areas of greatest need, as determined by USATF leadership, to support our core programs and strategic priorities.

Fund Allocation

• General Operations: A portion of all donations may be allocated to essential administrative and operational costs that ensure program effectiveness, integrity, and compliance.

Transparency & Reporting

• USATF will provide periodic financial summaries to ensure accountability.

Acknowledgment & Tax Compliance

• USATF is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and all donations are tax-deductible as permitted by law.
• Official receipts will be provided for tax purposes.
