Sarah Hollis joined USA Track & Field in 2019 and oversees the organization's marketing, brand, membership, fan engagement and corporate partnership efforts.
At USATF, Hollis is responsible for building the USATF brand, growing audiences and creating new opportunities for fans and partners to engage with the sport. Her work spans national marketing campaigns, major championship promotion, fan engagement, and the development of integrated partnerships that drive both revenue and brand value. She also leads commercial strategy across USATF's portfolio of events and properties, creating opportunities that bring the USATF brand and its partners to life year-round.
Before joining USATF, Hollis served as Vice President of Sports Brand Partnerships, Brand Communications and Head of Branded Content at FOX Sports, where she developed marketing and digital programs for major brands. Earlier in her career, Hollis held leadership positions with Time Warner Cable Media, the United States Olympic Committee and ESPN. Her work included product marketing, digital strategy, brand communications and sponsor-driven content. She began her career with the Salt Lake Olympic Organizing Committee and Major League Soccer.
Hollis earned a bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Rochester, where she was a four-year varsity student-athlete in field hockey and lacrosse.
A native of Webster, New York, Hollis lives in South Orange, New Jersey, with her two children, Peyton and Cole. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, cooking, pottery and fitness.
