This year, the USATF Annual Meeting will be a hybrid meeting of virtual and in-person attendees. Sign up now and get ready for an innovative and fun event. Icebreakers, inspirational messages, and special giveaways will be part of this four-day meeting.
All individuals attending the 2021 USATF Annual Meeting in Orlando are required to EITHER be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 OR must have a negative COVID-19 test taken on Monday, November 29th or later. Note that COVID-19 testing will not be available on-site at the Annual Meeting. Fully vaccinated is as defined by the CDC. Currently, this includes being at least two weeks after the full vaccination series (completion of a booster is currently not required to be considered fully vaccinated, but may change in the future). For individuals who do not meet the CDC definition of fully vaccinated, the negative COVID-19 test result can be either from an antigen test or a PCR test. Antibody tests are not accepted. At-home / self-tests must be FDA approved, must include a laboratory result confirmation / result documentation, and must be accepted as a valid test result by USATF's third party COVID-19 test verification service. Vaccine and/or COVID-19 test verification will be done online by USATF's third party COVID-19 test verification service. A link to upload your information will be emailed to eligible attendees after online registration is complete. USATF's third party COVID-19 test verification service must accept documentation and clear attendees before a credential for the meeting will be issued. Masking will follow the recommendations of the CDC at the time of the event. Currently, the CDC recommends masks in indoor spaces for all unvaccinated individuals. However, per CDC guidance, USATF will require masks of all attendees in indoor spaces if Orlando becomes an area of substantial or high COVID-19 transmission. Meeting rooms will be arranged in an effort to help all attendees maintain appropriate physical distancing. Attendees are encouraged to not attend the meeting if displaying any of the symptoms of COVID-19.
