About Trayvon
Trayvon Bromell ran to success on the international stage early in his career, winning a gold medal at the 2016 IAAF World Indoor Championships in the 60m when he was 20 years old. Bromell holds the World Junior record in the 100m with his 9.97 at the 2014 NCAA Outdoor Championships. He was also the first high school athlete to ever finish under the 10-second mark in the 100m. In two years at Baylor University, Bromell picked up two NCAA titles, one in the 100m (2014) and another in the 200m (2015). He then gave up his NCAA eligibility to turn professional after medalling at the 2015 World Championships in Beijing. Bromell’s father, Cashmere, played in the Canadian Football League.
