a] There will be two sessions held during the Masters Outdoor Championships in Sacramento (each approximately 1 hour long) at 5:00 p.m. on Friday July 23rd. and at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday July 24th. These are educational meetings run by USADA and will be held in the registration building. It is only necessary to attend one meeting.
b] There was considerable discussion on an age cut-off for drug testing with 80 as the most likely cut-off, but there was considerable discussion about whether an age cut-off was either advisable or legal by WADA Rules.
c] Much discussion, without reaching consensus, was held on TUEs (Therapeutic Use Exemptions).
d] It was not clear whether all the rules for testing would be made known to the general athlete or not.
USATF Masters Outdoor Championships in Sacramento, July 22 to 25th
a] There will be no Athletes Meeting this year
b] Final late entry (extra charge) is this Saturday July 3rd.
c] Awards at Dinner (Mary Trotto)
National Senior Games
An Agreement has been reached between NSG and USATF that gives USATF Masters the right to direct and control the T&F Portion of the NSG for the next several years with payment going to USATF Masters T&F to provide this management. The Agreement has been signed by Doug Logan for USATF and is expected to be signed by the Head of NSG later this week.
Carroll DeWeese gave the financial report showing that generally Masters T&F appear to be in good financial condition.
Annual Convention (December 2 through 5 2010 at Va. Beach)
a] This has been reduced by one day to reduce costs.
b] The regional Co-ordinators Meeting will be held on Evening of Wed. Dec. 1st and the first Executive Committee Meeting will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wed. Dec. 2nd. before the regular Meeting begins probably at 7:00p.m.
c] Final Schedule is not yet available
John Oleski reported that this film (Forever Fast) should be available for viewing within two weeks.

MTF/MLDR AOY Selection Process
Selection Process for MTF/MLDR Athlete of the Year was also delayed.
Invitational Program Review
Robert Thomas was asked to give an overview of this program at the Exec. Meeting at Nat. Championships in Sacramento.
There is money available for regions to put on clinics ($500/region) however many regions do not have clinics. Note the SE Region had one or two clinics at its Championship Meet (This year in Raleigh NC on June 11 and 12)
