Tori Franklin was born on October 7, 1992 to Jermain and Tonya Franklin. She played basketball in high school and her hobbies include yoga and modeling. Franklin is the current USATF indoor and outdoor triple jump American record-holder. She set the outdoor record on May 12, 2018 in Baie Mahault, France where she lept 14.84m/48-8.25 and broke the indoor record at the 2020 Toyota USATF Indoor Championships in Albuquerque, New Mexico on February 14, 2020 with a jump of 14.64m/48-0.50.
