On Campus Dining $55 for entire session. On Campus dining hall( buffet) Friday (Dinner), Saturday (Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner) & Sunday (Breakfast & Lunch).

On Campus Dorm
On Campus Dorm $20 per night (No linens/towels) 2 beds per room in a 2 room suite Thursday Ė Sunday Available. Can request room/suite mates Single room request will be accommodated if available.

  • Andrew Allden - Andrew Allden is the School Director & Endurance Instructor.  He is a Level 1 and 2 Endurance instructor. For 18 Years he has acted as a Division I Coach.  He Coached the 2001 Division I Champion in the Menís 800m and was the 2004 Menís Southeast Region Coach-of-the Year.
  • Glenn McAtee - Glen McAtee is the throws instructor for the USC Upstate Level 1 School.  He is the former Womenís Assistant Coach at Clemson University.  Glen coaches the throws and vertical jumps and is a Level 2 & 3 Coach in the throws.
  • Ron Grigg - Ron Grigg is the Sprints/Hurdles/Relays instructor.  He is the Director of Track & Field/Cross Country at Jacksonville University.  Glen is a USATF Level 2 Instructor in the Sprints, Hurdles, Relays and was named the USTFCCCA 2008 South Region Women's Head Coach of the Year.
  • Mike Young - Mike Young is the instructor for the jumps and sports sciences.  Mike is also the Director of Sports Performance for Human Performance Consulting.  He is a Level 3 Coach in the jumps, sprints, and throws while also acting as the USATF Biomechanist & Vertical Jumps Coaching Education Chair.
