  • Andrew Allden - School Director & Endurance Instructor.  Level 1 and 2 Endurance Instructor.  He has 18 Years experience as a Division I Coach.  Andrew has coached the 2001 Division I Champion in the Mmenís 800m and was named the 2004 Menís Southeast Region Coach-of-the Year.
  • Lori Shepard - Lori is the jumps instructor and former Head Track & Field Coach at Vanderbilt.   She is a Level 1 & 2 Coach in the Sprints, Hurdles, & Multi Events.  Lori coached the 1997 NCAA Division I Champion in the Womenís 400 M Hurdles.
  • Mike Young - Mike is the instructor for Jumps and Sports Sciences.  He is also the Director of Sports Performance for Human Performance Consulting.  Mike is a Level 3 Coach in the Jumps, Sprints, and Throws, the USATF Biomechanist Chair.
