2013 Non-World Team Manager’s Application Procedures
USA Track & Field is accepting applications for Non-World national team managers until November 15, 2012. Staffs will be selected at the 2012 Annual Meeting. The managerial staffs to be selected are as follows:

Individuals interested in serving on one of the above national team managerial staffs must submit an online application to USATF no later than November 15, 2012. Applicants must meet the criteria listed below to be eligible to submit an application for a manager's position. Applicants who wish to be considered for all Non-World teams need only submit one application checking each event they wish to be considered for. Individuals who submit an application for a manager’s position for the 2013 IAAF World Championships will automatically be included in the pool for Non-World team managerial positions and need not submit a Non-World application.
An individual must meet the criteria listed below to be eligible to serve as a national team manager for any one of the teams listed above:

The Non-World managerial staffs shall be selected by the High Performance Executive Committee. A pool of candidates meeting the criteria above will be developed from the 2011-2012 National Team pools, applications on file from the 2011-2012 Olympic Games, World Championships and Pan American Games and new online applications received by the November 15, 2012 deadline. Please note that individuals wishing to apply for more than one Non-World team need only complete one Non-World application; simply marking all teams they wish to be considered for. Individuals completing the application for a manager’s position on the 2013 IAAF World Championships staff will automatically be added to the pool for consideration for the teams listed above and need not submit a Non-World application.
The individuals nominated for a managerial position by the High Performance Executive Committees will be forwarded to the CEO for background screening and to the Board of Directors for final approval.
Conflict of Interest
Any individual who is being considered for a manager's position and who is involved in the selection process shall recuse himself/herself from any discussion or decisions involving selection of that staff.
