The Holiday Inn is located less than 2 miles from the Endicott Estate Grounds where the start/finish and the Awards Ceremony are located. There is ample parking at the Estate Grounds if you arrive early. It is expected that a shuttle from the Holiday Inn to the Grounds will be available on race day.

Please get your reservation in early as the discounted block of rooms is only available for a limited time!

Packet Pickup

Every runner in the masters championship must pick up their packet with bib and chip prior to the race.

Pre-Race Day Packet PickUp

Packets will be available on Saturday, April 25 from noon to 5:00 p.m. at the Endicott Estate.

The Technical Meeting will be held at the Endicott Estate at 5:00 p.m. 

Race day Packet PickUp

Packet pickup on Sunday, April 26 begins at 8:30 AM on Sunday at the Endicott Estate and runs until 10:30 AM sharp. Please make every effort to pick your packet up on Saturday.

If you must pick up your packet on Sunday before the race, please be early. Lines can get long, and you want to have time to properly warm up and clear the Estate grounds to access the start line. The race will begin at 11:00 AM on East Street nearly two blocks south of the Estate at Boulevard St. Plan your morning accordingly. Please refer to course map.
 
*Note: There is no day-of race registration available. 
 
If you plan on participating in the USA Masters 10 km Championship, you must pre-register online before 11:59 pm EST on Thursday, April 23 or in person on Saturday, April 25.
