Overall GREAT race. 2 of us drove down from Va to do this and weren't disappointed. However, the actual course was boring and there were so many twists--seemed like a local 10k course. The mileage markers were small and again the criss crossing was confusing especially when volunteers were directing WRONG.
But---- you definitly redeemed yourself with a great package pick up, lots of schwag for $23 (nice tech shirt),showers for the out of towners, good food and one of the FRIENDLIEST races l've ever done.
2 suggestions PACERS---your area can support 3 local running stores but no pacers??? And why is the Jacksonville skyline in the logo but we DID NOT RUN THAT AT ALL--a little deceptive there. Happy 25th.

Ran it last year - agree lots of traffic.
Any course that is out and back creates the boredom factor. Wish they'd re-route this

Not good during the summer heat, but good if your trying to beat an old time. Very flat and scott mill road had lots of traffic. Not very hard, but also not very scenic.
