Starting from the pier at the Emeryville Marina we head around the shoreline to POwell Street. Turn left at Frontage Road and head along the Bay Trail (shoreline) to Gilman. Go left on Gilman to Buchanan where you are forced to the right. Cross behind Golden Gate Fields on Buchanan and skirt around the track to the other side of Buchanan. Go right on Buchanan to the bike path next to the freeway heading toward Point Isabel and Costco.Follow the bike path to Isabel Street. go right here to Mud Puppies Cafe parking lot. Drink some water, turn around and come back. 14.2 miles |
