Even if you explain it today it really isn't fair for training if you are confused b4hand. :(

There will be volunteers and cones directing you. It will make sense race day when you are at the venue and when I review the course Saturday morning before the first wave goes off. You run north out of transition area, parking lot on HWY 257, turn around about 1.2 miles out, run back past the transition area, run around some historic buildings to the finish area at Boardwalk Park.
