The course has some rolling hills but is not challenging. There is a hill right before the finish that beats you up a little. On the plus side, it is a very organized event with access to warm up inside the Securian building.

This is good winter course because it has alot of protection from the prevailing NW winds. The last hill can provoke dry-heaving if you push too hard. The river provides some scenery.

i agree with snowden, pretty dull- some of it is like running on a four lane interstate plus i much prefer a loop course over an out and back
