Really? You cannot run with headphones? I cannot run without music. That is crazy. I have done other runs dowtown with headphones.

Ran this route for my practice run and did it just under an hour but walked a couple of times because it was so hot and the hills are challenging going up toward the Capitol and when you get on Madison toward Hopper. Looking forward to this run this Saturday!

Starts out up and hill and 2 miles into it another large hill great run but lots of hills
