sweet course. You may already know. But FYI you can incorporate trail n pavement via staircases along River Run, (River Front View area) and take on and off through to Mary S. Young. Easy on the knees for any X daredevils still living the dream. I know I am!!!!!
Rating:

This is a gold route because it is almost entirely traffic free even at the busiest times of day. It has no cross streets to speak of because the route is overlooking the Willamette River. It is a good 5-6 mile run and if you need to go longer, just add some loops in Mary S. Young park (it is huge).
