Deena Kastor injury update

Deena Kastor's manager, Ray Flynn, reports that x-rays have confirmed Kastor has a broken right foot. The American record holder and 2004 Olympic bronze medalist in the women's marathon, Kastor dropped out of the Beijing Olympic marathon this morning, pulling up suddenly at 5 km when she felt a "pop" in her right foot.
