INDIANAPOLIS - Wallace Spearmon has been named USA Track & Field's Athlete of the Week after winning the men's 300m and 4x400m relay in record times over the weekend at the Tyson Invitational in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

His performance in the 300 meters gave Spearmon a bonus of $25,000, put up by Tyson for anyone who posted a world best mark at the meet.
