Mary Akor named to World Championships marathon team

Mary Akor of Gardena, Calif., has been named to the U.S. marathon squad for the upcoming IAAF World Championships in Athletics to be held in Helsinki, Finland. Akor was named as a replacement for Kelly Keane, who had withdrew from the team last week.
