Worlds TV broadcasts continue to be strong

Monday night's broadcast of the World Championships was the #1 program on ESPN2 and was the second-most viewed track and field broadcast in the sports network's history.

The broadcast had a Nielsen rating of .63, reaching roughly 500,000 households. Ratings were particularly strong among men: it was ESPN2's most viewed track telecast ever among men ages 18 and over, 18-49 and 25-54.
