Housing and Meals
- Room & Board package for first time Level 2 participants includes housing from July 18 through 25. Three-meals/day beginning with dinner on 7/18 and concluding with dinner on 7/25.
- Room & Board package for Level 2 Alumni includes housing from 7/21 through 7/25 and meals beginning with the dinner on Tuesday, July 21 and concluding with dinner on July 25.
- Room & Board package for ITC & Alumni includes housing from June 18 through July 25. Three-meals/day beginning with dinner on 7/18 and concluding with dinner on 7/25.
- Room & Board package for ITC includes housing from 7/18 through 7/21. Three-meals/day beginning with dinner on 7/18 and concluding with the dinner on 7/21.
No early check in or late check out of dorms will be permitted.
Dorm Check-in
You may check into your dorm any time after 2:00 p.m. on the day of your assigned arrival.
Key/Meal Card Deposit
A $45 deposit will be required to pick up your room key and meal card. The University of Colorado charges $45.00 for a lost dorm room key. The deposit can be by VISA card (preferred), cash or check. Deposits will be returned at the end of the week when the room key is turned in.
Linens
Linens include pillow, pillow case, sheets, blanket, bath towel and washcloth. Participants must provide their own toiletries.
Parking
Parking will be available on the UC campus for a fee of $20 for the week, payable upon arrival.
The Recreation Center
The Recreation Center will be open to Level 2 participants for $5.00/day or $20.00 for the week, payable at each visit to the center.
