Housing and Meals

An optional housing and meal plan is available to those applicants who apply and are accepted BEFORE June 7, 2008. The early housing and meal plan deadline is necessary because USATF must provide Rice University with the final count of rooms and meal plans needed no later than June 7.

• Room and Board packages for first time Level 2 participants include housing from July 12 through July 19. Three meals/day beginning with dinner on July 12 and concluding with dinner on July 19.
• Room & Board packages for Level 2 Alumni include housing from July 15 through July 19 and three meals/day beginning with dinner on Tuesday, July 15 and concluding with dinner on July 19.
• Room and Board packages for ITC & Alumni include housing from July 12 through July 19. Three meals/day beginning with dinner on July 12 and concluding with dinner on July 19.
• Room and Board packages for ITC only include housing from July 12 through July 15. Three meals/day beginning with dinner on July 12 and concluding with dinner on July 15.

**No early check-in or check-out (of dorms) will be permitted.**

Dorm Check-in

You may check into your dorm any time after 2:00 p.m. on the day of your assigned arrival.

Key/Meal Card Deposit

A $50 deposit will be required to pick up your room key and meal card. Rice University charges $50 for a lost dorm room key. The deposit can be made by VISA card (preferred), cash or check. Deposits will be returned at the end of the week when the room key is turned in.

Linens

Linens include pillow, pillow case, sheets, bath towel, and washcloth. (note: blankets are not provided). Participants must supply their own toiletries.

Parking

Parking will be available on the Rice University campus for a fee, payable upon arrival.
