Classes and Attendance
Classes will be held in various lecture halls on the UC campus. 100% attendance is mandatory at all sessions to earn a Level 2 Certificate of Completion (certificate). Be on time. If commuting, be aware that the Level 2 schedule is rigorous and a commute of more than 30 minutes/day could turn out to be very taxing. Typically, at least ¾ of the Level 2 attendees and all of the staff members stay on campus.
Starting and Ending Dates/Times
Packet pickup will be held between 2:00 & 4:00 PM in the lobby of College Inn on Saturday, July 18th. The Level 2 School will start promptly at 7:00 PM on Saturday, July 18th. All first time participants must be present at this time. The program will conclude at approximately 6:00PM on Saturday, July 25th following student evaluations of the staff and graduation. Attendance at the closing session is mandatory in order to receive Level 2 certificate. Please be advised that you should not purchase a plane ticket until after you are notified of acceptance into the school. The room and board package does include housing on Saturday, July 25th.
Level 2 Alumni Arrival Time
- All Level 2 Alumni participants must arrive by 3:30 PM on Tuesday, July 21st (registration & packet pickup will take place in the lobby of College Inn between 2:30 PM & 3:30PM).
- Please note that alumni will not be allowed to check in prior to July 21st.
Departure Time
All Level 2 participants must check out of their dorms before 10:00 AM on Sunday, July 26th. The Level 2 School concludes by 6:00 PM on July 25th. Participants may depart anytime after that. Housing for July 25th is included in the room and board package. Typically about 75% of the Level 2 participants stay that night and enjoy some post program socializing with their fellow Level 2 graduates.
Please note that departure prior to the closing session will result in the forfeiture of your Level 2 certificate. You will leave with newfound knowledge, but not a USATF Level 2 Certificate!
