$75 - Alumni pricing is for those who have already taken and successfully completed the Level 1 Course. Please contact to verify alumni status and register for the course.

Refund policy: Only 1/2 of the registration fee ($75.00) will be refunded after the registration deadline, and no refund will be given after the start date.


When entering the gates to West Point, you must show identification and have it with you at all times.

 Classroom Location: Randall Hall at Kimsey Athletic Center.

The Classroom is located on the SE corner of Michie Stadium on Howze Pl.  There is abundant parking available in the parking lot ĎAí on the corner of Stony Lonesome Rd/Howze Pl.  Signage will indicate parking and directions to classroom.

Limited lodging is available at The Hilton Garden Inn in Newburgh, NY. The hotel is approximately 25 minutes to the classroom site.  Other hotels are available in the area. Contact the sales office at the Hilton Garden Inn (Heather) to book your reservation and mention USATF for our group rate.


  • Jonathan Hill is the Assistant Coach at USMA for Jumps/Combined events. He holds a Level 2 certificates in Sprints/Hurdles, Combined Events and Jumps.  He is the former chair of Coaching Education & Youth Track for the USATF Inland NW Association.
  • Katherine Adams, MSN, RN, CSCS is a throws coach at Salem High School in New Hampshire. She is an IAAF Level V and a USATF Level 3 Coach in the throws. Adams has also completed the Level 2 program in the sprints/hurdles/relays. She has coached multiple division and state champions, as well as all-state selected athletes.
  • Neil L. Fitzgerald is a USATF Level 2 coach in Sprints/Hurdles, Endurance & Youth Athletics. He is the founding director of the NYC Department of Education Developmental Track and Field Series. He has worked as a running coach, teacher, and teacher educator in New York City since 1996. As a masterís runner, Neil has competed at four World Championship meets between 2005 and 2009 where he won two gold and four silver medals.
  • Fred Benlein, C.S.C.S., HFS is a USATF Level 3 Endurance Coach, Level 2 Sprints/Hurdles Coach and USTFCCCFA Endurance Events Specialist. He has been a coach for 30 years of high school, collegiate, professional, post collegiate, masters and disabled athletes from entry to national level. He has owned his own business for 19 years as an LDR/Track & Field Coach and Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He is currently the Head Cross Country Coach at Packer Collegiate Institute and previously held the position of Head Menís and Womanís Cross Country Coach at New York Institute of Technology.
