Refund policy: Only 1/2 of the registration fee ($75.00) will be refunded after the registration deadline, and no refund will be given after the start date.


From the Northeast: Take I69 South to US 24 and head west.  Turn west on IN 114 and go 20 miles.

From the South: Take IN 13 North 2 hours from Indianapolis.

From Chicago Take I 80/90 East to IN 49 South.  Then Take US 30 East to IN 13 Manchester is 20 Miles South.

Manchester University offers your best housing options!

$175 for two nights lodging and 4 meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday as well as Sunday Breakfast).  There are a few bed and breakfast options in North Manchester, but the closest Hotels are about 20 miles away.

  • Larry Judge, Ph.D., C.S.C.S., is an assistant professor of physical education and coordinator of the graduate coaching program at Ball State University. He has 18 years of Division I coaching experience with Indiana State University, the University of South Carolina, the University of Wyoming and the University of Florida. He is currently the USA Track & Field national chairman for coaching education. He is also a Level III instructor in the International Association of Athletics Federation's (IAAF) coaching education program. He has coached more than 100 NCAA Division I All-Americans, including eight Olympians.
  • John Hartpence has coached All Americans, school record holders, All Ohio athletes and conference champions in his 4 years as the Head Coach at Dickerson College. As the head track coach at DC his team won multiple conference championships and Coach Hartpence has won numerous coach of the year honors. He is a Level 2 Coach in endurance, jumps, sprints, and throws.
  • Ben Chisman is a USATF Level 2 Jumps and Endurance Coach. Chisman has ten years of track and field coaching experience with high school, college, and professional athletes. He is currently training an adult group of endurance athletes. He is also an Association Level Official for USATF.
