$75 - Alumni pricing for those who have already taken and successfully completed the Level 1 Course. Please contact shayna.sangster@usatf.org to verify alumni status and register for the course.

Instructors

  • Russ Ebbets, DC has been a Lead Instructor for 30 years. A successful high school and collegiate coach, Russ is one of the few individuals to have lectured at Levels 1,2,3 and USATF High Performance Summits. In 2009 he wrote the curriculum for the Youth Level 2 Endurance, Race Walk and Biomechanics. He currently serves as the editor of Track Coach, the technical journal of USATF.
  • Joel Bergeron, MS is a former NCAA Division I multi-events coach and serves as the NSCA New Hampshire Chapter Director. He has lectured internationally within the strength and conditioning field. Joel is a frequent contributor to numerous trade journals and directs operations for the NLP Strength and Conditioning Center. He continues to compete in the throwing events on a regional level.
  • Dave Kerin is the current Chair of Menís Development for USATF. In addition to his duties with Menís Development Dave has been the Chair for Menís and Womenís High Jump for USATF. Dave was a former collegiate coach at Middlebury College where he coached numerous All-Americans. Dave also serves as a Master Level Official and has worked in that capacity throughout the United States.
