Directions
From the Long Island Expressway (495) to the Northern State Parkway to the Meadowbrook Parkway South (Exit 31A/Jones Beach). To Exit M4-Hempstead/Coliseum. Follow the sign for Charles Lindbergh Boulevard. At the first traffic light turn right, which leads into the Nassau Community College parking lot. If you are taking Southern State Parkway to the Meadowbrook Parkway – Follow the directions above.

Instructors
- Larry Judge, Ph.D., C.S.C.S. is an Assistant Professor of physical education and coordinator of the graduate coaching program at Ball State University. He has 18 years of Division I coaching experience with Indiana State University, the University of South Carolina, the University of Wyoming and the University of Florida. He is currently the USA Track & Field national chairman for coaching education in the throwing events. He is also a Level III instructor in the International Association of Athletics Federation's (IAAF) coaching education program. He has coached more than 100 NCAA Division I All- Americans, including eight Olympians.
- Neil L. Fitzgerald is a USATF Level 2 coach in three specialties: Sprints/Hurdles, Endurance and Youth Athletics. He is the Founding Director of the NYC Department of Education Developmental Track and Field Series. He has worked as a running coach, teacher, and teacher educator in New York City since 1996. As a master’s runner, Neil has competed at four World Championship meets between 2005 and 2009 where he won two gold and four silver medals.
- Joe Rogers is the Assistant Track & Field Coach for the Army Track & Field team and the Jumps Instructor for the Long Island University Level 1 School. Rogers has served USATF as the Chair of Coaching Education and is a three time USATF international staff member. Rogers is also the former Head Coach at Ball State University.
- Fred Benlein, C.S.C.S., HFS is a USATF Level 3 Endurance Coach and a USATF Level 2 Sprints/Hurdles Coach. He has been a coach for 29 years of high school, collegiate, professional, post collegiate, masters and disabled athletes from entry level to national level. He has owned his own business for 18 years as an LDR/Track & Field Coach and Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He is currently the Head Men’s and Woman’s Cross Country Coach at New York Institute of Technology.
