Refund policy: Only 1/2 of the registration fee ($62.50) will be refunded after the registration deadline, and no refund will be given after the start date.
Directions
FROM SPOKANE and NORTH/EAST: Heading west from from Interstate 90, take the Cheney/Four Lakes exit (270). Follow Highway 904 (Michael Anderson Memorial Highway) for 4.2 miles, then take a right on Betz Road (first stoplight). Follow Betz Road for 2.2 miles (it winds to the left and turns into Washington Street). Parking is free in lot 12 and the paved walkway heads directly to the PE Building.
FROM SEATTLE and WEST: Heading east from Interstate 90, take the Tyler/Cheney exit (257). Turn right on Highway 904 (Michael Anderson Memorial Highway) and follow for 10.2 miles. Turn left on Washington Street, and go 0.6 miles. Parking is free in lot 12 and the paved walkway heads directly to the PE Building.
FROM PULLMAN and SOUTH: Heading north on US-195, turn left on East Bradshaw Road (located just after mile marker 76) and go 1.9 miles. Continue another 2.8 miles after Bradshaw Road turns into Cheney-Spangle Road. Cheney-Spangle Road will wind to the right and continue for 8.5 miles into Cheney. Turn left on 1st Street and follow for less than a mile, then turn right on Washington Street and go up the hill for about a half mile. Parking is free in lot 12 and the paved walkway heads directly to the PE Building.

Instructors
- Bryan Hoddle has taught at more than 20 Level 1 and Level 2 schools and has more than 20 year's experience coaching track at the high school and club level. He is the past President of the Washington State Track Coaches Association, and was the Head Coach for the USA Paralympics Team in Athens.
- Dave Mills is the Head Track & Cross Country Coach at Boise High and a Level 2 Endurance Instructor. Dave’s Women’s Cross Country team has won five of the last seven Idaho State Championships.
- Jonathan Hill works with the jumpers and multi's at Eastern Washington University. He is the Chair of Coaching Education for the Inland NW region. He has level 2 certificates in the Jumps, Sprints/Hurdles & Combined Events. Hill has helped athletes to 24 All-Big Sky performances and 12 individual school records as well as three OSAA Champions and 17 All-State awards.
