Lodging
Manchester College offers great housing options. $150 for two nights lodging and 4 meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday as well as Sunday Breakfast).
There are a few bed and breakfast options in North Manchester, but the closest hotels are about 20 miles away. It is strongly recommended to stay on campus.

Instructors
- Ben Chisman, a USATF Level 2 Jumps and Endurance Coach. With ten years of track and field coaching experience, he has coached high school, college, and professional athletes. He is currently training an adult group of endurance athletes. He is also an Association Level Official for USATF.
- John Hartpence has coached All Americans, school record holders, All Ohio athletes and conference champions in his 4 years as the Head Coach at Dickerson College. As the head track coach at DC his teams won multiple team conference championships and Coach Hartpence has won numerous coach of the year honors. He is a Level 2 Coach in endurance, jumps, sprints, and throws.
- Larry Judge, Ph.D., C.S.C.S., is an assistant professor of physical education and coordinator of the graduate coaching program at Ball State University. He has 18 years of Division I coaching experience with Indiana State University, the University of South Carolina, the University of Wyoming and the University of Florida. He is currently the U S A Track & Field national chairman for coaching education in the throwing events. He is also a Level III instructor in the International Association of Athletics Federation's (IAAF) coaching education program. He has coached more than 100 NCAA Division I All- Americans, including eight Olympians.
