Instructors
- Andrew Allden is the School Director & Endurance Instructor. He is a Level 1 and 2 Endurance Instructor and has 18 years experience as Division I Coach. He was selected as the 2003 Southeast Men’s Coach of the Year and coached the 2001 Division I Men’s 800m Champion.
- Mike Young is the Sports Sciences & Jumps Instructor for the UNC - Greensboro Level 1 School. He is the Director of Sports Performance for Human Performance Consulting and is Level 3 Coach in the Jumps, Sprints and Throws. He is also works as the USATF Biomechanist.
- Loren Seagrave is the instructor of the sprints, hurdles & relays. He is the Co-Founder of Speed Dynamics and has been a USATF Coaching Education instructor since 1983. He has coached dozens of World Championship and Olympic Medalists.
- Jon Riley is the Head Women's Track & Field Coach at Virginia Commonwealth and the jumps instructor for the VCU Level 1 School. He is a Level 2 coach in the Sprints/Hurdles/Relays and a Level 3 Coach in the jumps.
