Directions

From LAX: Take the 405 freeway south to the 710 South and exit at Willow St. West. Turn left on Sante Fe and right on Willard. The parking lot entrance will be on your right.

From Long Beach Airport: Turn right on Lakewood Blvd. and take the 405 North to the 710 South and exit at Willow St. West. Turn left on Sante Fe and right on Willard. The parking lot entrance will be on your right.

From Orange County (John Wayne) Airport: Take Macarthur Blvd to the 405 North to the 710 South and exit at Willow St. West. Turn left on Sante Fe and right on Williard. The parking lot entrance will be on your right.

Instructors

  • Jennifer Tuff, has coached High School Track in Long Beach for the past 6 years. She has worked with all event groups over that time but specialized in helping the distance and middle distance runners on Cabrillo High School's track and cross-country teams. Coach Jenn has earned her USATF Level 2 certificate in the Throws and Endurance.
  • Mike Cunningham, has coached track and field on the college level for 10 years. Cunningham has coached all-SEC selections in the long jump, high jump, and all sprinting events. He is now a Tech Rep with Gill Athletics. Mike has earned his USATF Level 2 certificate in jumps, sprints/hurdles/relays and multi-events.
  • "Coach Jeff" Gallero, has been the lead coach for the Sierra Foothill Track Club for 6 years, has served as sprint coach at Rocklin High School for 8 years and assistant coach for cross country for 6 years. During this time RHS won the section title in XC and one in women's track along with sending two athletes to the California State Meet in track. Prior to coming to Rocklin, Coach Jeff was the sprint asst. at the University of Nevada-Reno, asst coach for track and cross country at Southwestern Michigan College, Head Coach at Rochester (MI) Adams High School, Asst. Coach at Pontiac (MI) Northern High School and asst coach for the Michigan (state-wide) Track Club. Gallero has earned his USATF Level 2 certificate in sprints/hurdles/relays, jumps, throws, endurance and multi-events. He is currently working on his USATF Level 3 certificate in Sprints/Hurdles/Relays.
